Privacy and cookies
House One (“we”, “us”) provides rubbish removal and waste clearance services in London. This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website and when you contact us, why we use it, and the rights you have under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are
House One is the trading name of a company registered in England and Wales. Contact: info@house-one.co.uk. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.
What we collect and why

Who we share data with
- Collection crews, including licensed subcontractors, who receive the address, contact number and job details needed to carry out your collection.
- Service providers that host our website and email, process payments and send messages: Cloudflare, Google Workspace, Stripe, and messaging providers for SMS and WhatsApp. Each acts under a contract that limits use of your data to providing the service to us.
- Licensed waste facilities, which receive the waste transfer note.
- Regulators or authorities where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep data
Quotes that do not become bookings: 12 months. Booking and job records, including waste transfer notes and invoices: at least 3 years, and up to 6 years for accounting purposes. Photos: 12 months after the job. Analytics data: 14 months.
International transfers
Some providers process data outside the UK, mainly in the EU and the United States. Where they do, transfers are covered by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, or to provide it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email info@house-one.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website sets only the cookies listed below. Strictly necessary storage is used to remember your cookie choice. Analytics cookies are set only after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, after which the banner appears again.
